Our team has 30+ years experience working in healthcare, engineering, leadership, strategy and infrastructure development. Our Services
Working closely with organizational leaders, Melvin Consulting takes an integrated approach to develop mission statements, organizational values, and vision statements. In partnership with client stakeholders we assist organizations in aligning strategy with mission, establishing milestone measures and identifying organizational goals. We provide facilitation and training for executive leadership, board of directors, and staff to forge unifying positions and objectives that prioritize and advance your goals.
Melvin Consulting has decades of frontline experience in diversifying revenue streams, developing strategies and advising on campaigns. We partner with individuals and foundations as they develop philanthropic goals and the strategies to achieve them. Our team utilizes its strong networks and facilitate critical conversations as clients work towards being more intentional about giving and philanthropic strategies. We partner with public charities and foundations to recruit, place and support board members.
Act as an extension of the owner’s technical team to provide planning, procurement, design review and construction management services. In addition to working with owners to procure design, construction or design-build services, Melvin Consulting has expertise in negotiating and developing 638 (self-determination) contracts. This work ensures a seamless project progression from generating the owner’s project requirements, monitoring design development and coordinating construction to ensure high quality and low project risk to the owner.
Melvin Consulting partners with owners to work as their advocates through key phases of project delivery - from pre-design to startup. Owners receive the benefits of Melvin Consulting's technical expertise, as we provide resident engineers, office engineers, engineering technicians and construction inspectors/observers.

Melvin Consulting PLLC is pleased to welcome Daryn Melvin as a new associate. Before joining Melvin Consulting, Daryn most recently served as the Chief of Staff for Hopi Vice Chairman Clark W. Tenakhongva during which he served as the special policy advisor to the Hopi COVID-19 Task Team, responsible for developing strategies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace.
